Patricia M. Jones worked in Liberia West Africa as the first Director of Counseling and Health Services at the William V. S. Tubman University (WSTU) in Maryland County, Liberia. She also became the university’s first professor/chair in the Department of Guidance and Counseling for the college of education. Patricia’s service extended to the Liberian community as well, where she facilitated trauma counseling training and conflict mediation to paraprofessionals from surrounding communities and rural villages.
Today Patricia Jones is working at the Eastbay Family Institute offering psychotherapy to adults and children. She holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and is a doctoral candidate (ABD) for a PhD in International Psychology.
